At Shelo Beauty Hub, we are committed to retailing 100% authentic skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance products sourced from trusted global brands. Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of beauty products, we maintain strict return standards.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong item
• The item was delivered damaged
• The product has a verified factory defect
• The item was tampered with before delivery
To qualify for a return:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from start to finish
Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in denial of the return request.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened skincare products
• Opened makeup products
• Unsealed perfumes or fragrances
• Used haircare products
• Discounted or sale items
• Gift cards
We do not accept returns based on individual skin reactions, as results may vary depending on skin type and personal sensitivity.
If you are unsure about a product, we strongly recommend consulting with us before purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are confirmed defective or damaged.
We do not offer exchanges due to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Personal preference
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
